Delete my Pandaly account

An accessible request, even without the app.

  1. Write from your account email address.Email support@pandaly.app with the subject “Delete my Pandaly account”. You may also request deletion of specific data only; please identify it.
  2. We verify your request.We may ask you to confirm that you control the account email address. If you no longer have access, tell us so we can consider another verification method. We never ask for your password.
  3. We confirm the next steps.We explain the process, deletion timeframe and any necessary retention. Sending an email opens a request; it does not instantly delete the account.

What data does this cover?

Full deletion covers authentication, profile, preferences, history, favourites, playlists, sharing links and associated personal content. When a source session is erased, copies managed by Pandaly lose access to its dependent personal media. A file saved outside the service cannot be retrieved remotely.

What may be retained?

After erasure, cost statistics without direct identifiers are retained for 24 months from erasure of their source records. The deletion receipt is retained for 24 months after the request is fully closed. Identity links in the deletion ledger are removed 35 days after the case is fully closed and its external review completed. These periods do not delay processing of account deletion.

Support and reporting cases are retained during handling, then for 6 months after closure. Technical logs managed by Pandaly are retained for up to 30 days, depending on their type. A shared greeting cache item may remain while a retained session depends on it; otherwise, it becomes eligible for cleanup after 90 days without reuse.

Information required for a legal obligation or dispute receives limited, justified retention. Backups and copies held by providers are reviewed separately; our response explains the remaining steps, reasons and applicable periods. See the detailed retention periods.

Your device and app stores

You can also request deletion in the app and follow its progress using the receipt offered. Acceptance blocks account access; it does not mean erasure is already complete. Local cleanup is triggered on the device you use, but another device that is offline cannot be cleaned remotely immediately. Uninstalling alone does not delete the server account. An Apple or Google Play subscription must be cancelled separately in your store account.
